- Materials used include, but are not limited to: Acrylic, High-heat Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Glass-filled Polycarbonate, ABS, Delrin, Nylon, Phenolic, Ultem, Teflon, Aluminum and Stainless Steel
- Extensive experience machining laminates such as Non-glare Amber Polarizer
- High spindle speeds (up to 30,000 rpm) produce extremely extremely smooth surface finishes and permit fine details by using small cutting tools
- Rigid tapping
- In-house CAD/CAM using AutoDesk Inventor Series and Hypermill
