• Materials used include, but are not limited to: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Delrin and Nylon
• Extensive experience maching knobs for the aerospace industry with a variety of knurls, skirts and printed or engraved/filled legends
• Live tooling for drilling, tapping, and other on-centerline features such as grooves, notches and tapped side-holes 
• Sub-spindle for features such as counterbores that are added after the part is separated from the bar-stock
• Automatic bar feeder for unattended operation on high volume jobs
• In-house G-code programming
