Cosmetically sensitive parts pass through several layers of inspection, first by the operator, then by our Touch Up department, where experienced and highly-skilled production employees scrutinize each piece and make minor corrections as needed, and lastly in our Quality Department’s Final Inspection procedure.  Our Quality Engineers continuously evaluate our Control Plans to ensure we are checking and recording key characteristics throughout the production process.  All of our inspection equipment and our paint curing ovens are subjected to a regular calibration program to ensure the accuracy of measurements and bake temperatures.  We can provide First Article Inspection Reports upon request and are well versed in using AS9102 forms.

Our top management meets weekly to review any Quality-related issues related, conduct extensive root cause analysis, implement corrective action, and discuss ways to continuously improve our Quality System.  We push our Suppliers to conform to these same high standards.
